with the best interests of the clients. Effective quality
assurance and quality monitoring systems are in place,
based on seeking the views of our clients, carers, social
workers etc.
At the Amber Centre we send out quality
assurance questionnaires every three months and have
a suggestion box in reception for clients and visitors
to make comments on our service on a regular basis.
The results of the client survey are
discussed at the clients meetings and any points actioned
with timescales to ensure the wishes are being listened
to then acted upon.
Laundry within the service is carried
out by a company called Fresh who specialize in the
delivery of quality and has a proven record within this

For clients who need support with incontinence,
facilities are provided which include a modern changing
couch in a specially designed bathroom with the use
of a hoist and a specialist service is in place for
the removal of any waste.
